Recognition at Waikato Volunteering Awards

15-21 June is Te Wiki Tūao ā-Motu, National Volunteer Week. The Haakarimata Restoration Group relies on incredible support of volunteers—working on-the-ground, organising behind the scenes, backing us across the region, and sharing our message throughout the world. We want to take a moment to say a huge thank you, and we’re excited to meet even more of you as our mahi expands over the coming year.

A special congratulations to Greg Townsend who has been recognised by our friends at Volunteering Waikato with the Regional Volunteer Award. This is a well-deserved recognition of the dedicated hours that Greg has put in to benefit Haakarimata, our community, and conservation groups around our region.
